Independent Living Apartments
At Crestview Apartments, we provide security, convenience and companionship to allow our community residents the opportunity to pursue their passions. Since 1971, we have provided affordable independent living with trained qualified staff ready to assist our residents when needed, including evenings and weekends.
All apartments are one-bedroom and range from $850 – $1250 per month. (see below)
Services that are included in the rental price are:
- Noon meal
- Free laundry facilities
- Free cable service
- Utilities (excluding phone and internet services)

Bathing – $25
Medical professional will provide bathing needs at the nursing home.
Additional Meals – $5
Guest meals, breakfast and supper meals available upon request.
Vacuum – $10
Clean all carpeted areas without moving personal items or furniture.
Housekeeping – $15
Up to forty-five minutes of various requested duties.
Laundry – $10
One bedding change or one load of clothing to include washing, drying, folding, or hanging.
